We’re thrilled to have worked with J & E Hall, a global leader in refrigeration and cooling solutions with over 120 years of experience. J & E Hall approached us with a need for insulated tanks to store both cold and warm water at Yeo Valley’s facilities, and our team was ready to deliver a bespoke solution that met their exact requirements.

Yeo Valley, the end user for this project, is one of the UK’s most beloved yogurt brands. Known for their commitment to organic and sustainable farming, Yeo Valley is a family-owned business that produces a wide range of dairy products enjoyed across the country.

For this project, we produced:

• Two 50m³ tanks
• One 40m³ tank
• One 32m³ tank

Each tank was constructed from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) and featured a 50mm polyurethane foam layer sandwiched between GRP layers for optimal insulation. By manufacturing these tanks in one piece, we eliminated the need for on-site cladding, which streamlined the installation process and minimised disruption at Yeo Valley’s facilities.

To ensure safety and ease of maintenance, all tanks were equipped with ladders and safety cages, allowing Yeo Valley’s operational team safe and convenient access. This collaboration with J & E Hall demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality, customised solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the food and beverage industry.
