This policy explains how we handle personal information about:
Most of this information comes from you. We may also receive it from your employer or colleagues (for example, when they name you as a contact on an order), or from public business sources such as company websites and LinkedIn.
We only collect what we need. The table below sets out what we collect, why, and the legal reason (“lawful basis”) we rely on under UK data protection law.

| Your choice on our form about receiving marketing | To send product news and offers only if you said yes | Consent – you can withdraw it at any time |
| Contact, order, delivery and invoice details for customers and suppliers | To supply tanks, arrange delivery and installation, take payment and keep business records | Performance of a contract and legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records) |
| Emails and phone calls with us | To deal with your query and keep a record of it | Legitimate interests (keeping a record of our dealings with you) |
| How you use our website (pages visited, how you found us, device and browser type) | To understand which pages are useful and improve the site, using Google Analytics | Consent – only if you accept analytics cookies |
| Your IP address and device information when you use our forms | To protect our forms from spam and bots, using Google reCAPTCHA | Legitimate interests (keeping our website secure) |
| Work contact details (name, job title, company, work email and phone) of people at organisations we think may need our products, taken from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn | To introduce our products and services to businesses | Legitimate interests (promoting our business to other businesses) – you can ask us to stop at any time |
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Do you have to give us your information? No, but we can’t reply to an enquiry, prepare a quote or supply you without the details we need to do so.
We only share your information where we need to, with organisations that help us run our business:
These organisations may only use your information to provide their service to us. The exception is Google, which also uses some information for its own purposes, such as improving its services and fighting spam. See Google’s privacy policy.
Some of our providers, such as Google and Adobe, may process information in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the ICO’s international data transfer agreement.
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order, including form submissions and emails | 2 years from our last contact with you |
| Work contact details we use to introduce our products | 2 years from our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask us to stop |
